I was left with colored heart cookies which would make great last minute cookies for Valentine's Day but I wanted to kick them up a notch. I texted my friend Stephanie to tell her about my fail and she said "why don't you sandwich buttercream between two cookies and put sprinkles all around the sides?". Great idea! I thought to myself "I have some leftover buttercream in the freezer". Then a light bulb went off. Why don't I make things even simpler and just dip half the cookie in chocolate and put sprinkles on it? I absolutely love them! Thanks Stephanie for helping me get to my plan B.
